I am facilitating this journey where you will be guided by meditation, music and musings that relate to a specific theme and personal intention you are invited to breathe into and explore and be with what will emerge.
As a space holder, coach, breathworker, and and and, still in learning and un/learning flailing and fumbling through decolonial ways of becoming and un/doing. Gesturing to another earth frequency, creating life-affirming pathways. This breathing portal is a way to guide a process that holds the possibility to connect to y/our sovereignty and bring unconcious patterns, behaviour, beliefs into our concious and remember your wisdom. Moving from power over, to power with, from individual healing to community healing, from seperate beings to interconnected life with more than human and living beings.

When sessions are recorded any personal shares are confidential for those who are in the container.

Breathwork supports specific physiological changes in the body and with that it is also a powerful medicine to release intense physical and emotional energy.
Honour yourself and your process the whole way through. This includes adjustment in breathing patterns that meets you where you are at.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices:- Pregnancy (at any stage)
- Severe PTSD or trauma
- Actively using recreational drugs
- Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
- Prescription blood thinners or anti-clotting medications
- Osteoporosis
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Kidney disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack, or any other cardiovascular issues
- Strokes or TIAs
- Seizures, history of seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
- Diagnosis of aneurysm (of any kind)
- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
- Epilepsy
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
- Severe psychosomatic disorders
- Recent surgery, stitches or injury
- Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect it ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release
Please let us know if you are on the contra indication list so we are able to suggest a personalised breathing pattern. Concious Circular Connected Breathing might not be supportive to your wellbeing. However, a more gentler approach might be suitable. -
The next Breath Journey starts in the week of 19th of Feb

TBC. The sessions are done on Monday or Teusday to get us settled into the week. Depending on the partcipants we will decide on a day/time that is suitable for most of the breathers.
