Ancestral Alchemy is a sacred process for reconnecting with your beautifully blessed, elevated and well ancestors through ritual, breath, and embodied presence.
It is not about idealizing the past. It is cultivating nourishing relationship, inviting in the ones who are deeply resourced, who carry medicine, who are capable of witnessing and supporting lineage healing.
Through ritual process and guided journeying, we call in ancestral allies who are ready to be in right relationship with you and who supportively tend to the wounds carried in your lineages. With courage, playfullness, and creativity you invite more liberatory ways into our spirit, body, heart, and mind. Reclaiming what is inherently your energetic codex in our collective bleuprint.

You don’t need to know names or family trees. Lineage lives in your body, dreams, and intuition. This work supports you in building relationship from where you are, listening inward and outward, even (and especially) when there’s mystery, rupture or disconnection.

Many of us carry multiple cultural threads, migrations, and displacements. This work honors that complexity. We explore with nuance, curiosity, and care, inviting each lineage to speak, and centering your intuitive faculties, perceptive qualities and body as a compass.

You’re not alone. We approach this with deep respect, trauma-informed practice, and pacing that honors your nervous system. We work with the help of resourced, well ancestors and guides to support repair. And if at any point this might be outside of my scope I can refer you to other practicioners

I am guiding this ritual process from the Ancestral Medicine, and while I am not a direct medium/channeler/diviner I will be supported by my people.

For the purposes of this work, the ancestors are the human dead. However, you don’t need to know anything at all about your ancestors. Here, we’re listening beyond the archive; to memory in the body, to dreams, to land and story.
We attune to your wise and well ancestors, those beyond the burdens, who carry clarity, gifts, and medicine. We also acknowledge those who carry harm and grief, and we work to compost, repair, and transmute their impact. This includes blood ancestors, but may also include bonus lineages, cultural, collective, or chosen lineages.

None. You just need a willingness to explore and relate. This is a space for the curious, the tender-hearted, the skeptics, and the seekers. Whether you’re just starting or already on the path, you’re welcome here.

There might be the skeptic part that is unsure. You don’t need to believe in anything specific. Curiosity is enough. And “what is real now, was once imagined” (ALH practioner) This work meets you where you are, grounded in experience and experimentation. Many enter unsure and emerge with surprising clarity, insight, or resonance.

Resistance is part of the process, and might signal something meaningful. Fear is also understandable, especially when touching what’s been silenced or fragmented. We move slowly, with care and consent, never pushing past your capacity.
