Collective Breathwork
Your breath is your medicine. Breathwork is transforming, energizing, releasing, calming and healing. Our breath awakens our life force energy.
You are able to dive deep through transformative breathwork sessions using Conscious Connected Breath. Or you are able to optimize your current breathing pattern to enhance your nervous system. Both paths are expansive in its own way where you will go on an explorative journey and alchemise the power of your breath. I will offer a sacred container and guide your breath journey that is intended for deep healing, emotional release and deepening connection.
Preparation
Your breath will guide you into your inner forest, and every time is another journey.
Create a space that is comfortable
Have a mat, couch, chair to sit and lie on
Stable internet and Zoom are necessary
A headphone, earplugs or speaker for sound
You can set an intention
Bring a pen/crayons for drawing or journaling
Bring a blanket to cover yourself if needed
Avoid heavy meals before

Exploration
Your breath will guide you into your inner forest, and every time is another journey.
You may feel all the emotions, from frustration to sadness to pleasure, that otherwise might be more challenging to access.
Our breath enables us to surrender to other states of consciousness in which body wisdom and remembrance is activated and energy is transformed.
You may experience the movement of energy in your physical body. ie. temperature change in the body, bodily aches or cramps and vibrational sensations.
Everything is welcome. You are here to explore, and I am here to guide you in your process.
Integration
Every session is different. What is revealed and felt in that moment is what is needed. And therefore how you feel after each session varies as well.
We spend time to integrate and embody what you have just experienced. This process continuous after the session too. So you might feel a bit tender after the session. Be gentle with yourself.
You may feel energized, but you can also feel a bit tired or very calm and clear. Accept and be a witness.
Remember that you work on your mental, emotional, energetic, mental and physical body. There is no clear cut for that unfolding.
I am here every step of the way which means that I will check in after a session.
