Welcome Ancestor Alchemist,

Maybe you’ve stood at the edge of your own lineage
wondering if there’s anything left to reach for.
Or maybe the connection is already there,
but you’re yearning to deepen, to listen more clearly,
reimagining your breath filled with blessings
and transform what still pulses with pain.

You’ve tried to heal on your own.
You’ve walked paths of therapy, embodiment, and spirituality.
But something tells you this is bigger than you.

That your healing is interconnect into theirs.
That the way forward is also a return.

Deepen your ancestral connection

To feel a sense of belonging that is not performative.

To be in relationship with wise, loving ancestors, with and beyond blood lineages.

To reclaim practices, rituals, and inner authority that feel true to them

To alchemize inherited pain, patterns, or trauma

To experience healing that ripples across time and generations

To integrate personal and collective healing in a way that’s embodied and real

To weave spiritual work with justice, land, culture, and memory

Hi Ancestor Alchemist,

Maybe you’ve stood at the edge of your own lineage
wondering if there’s anything left to reach for.
Or maybe the connection is already there,
but you’re yearning to deepen, to listen more clearly,
your breath filled with blessings
and transform what still pulses with pain.

You’ve tried to heal on your own.
You’ve walked paths of therapy, embodiment, and spirituality.
But something tells you this is bigger than you.

That your healing is interconnect into theirs.
That the way forward is also a return

Ancestral Alchemy isn’t about going back in time.
It’s about regenerating the wisdoms that live in your lineage
and allowing them to shape who you’re becoming.

To remember the ancestors is not to dwell in the past,
It’s to root ourselves in the depth of who we are and who we come from.

Ancestral healing invites us to slow down, to listen, and to reweave the threads between us and those who came before. This work calls us into belonging through relational tending, reverence, and repair.

Many of us walk with lineages shaped by migration, colonization, loss, and silence. And yet within our blood and bones are also the ones who knew ceremony, who sang to the land, who lived in reciprocity.

This work is about remembering them. It’s about becoming a good future ancestor.

Join our embodied journey that holds and honours your ancestral ripples, both blessings and burdens.

You might be here because…

There’s a stirring you can’t ignore.
Maybe it’s been with you for years,
a quiet ache for connection,
a whisper from somewhere older than words.

You might feel…

A deep longing to know where you come from

Disconnection from your roots, culture, or lineage
A heaviness that doesn’t feel fully yours

Grief that lives in the body without a clear story

The weight of silence, rupture, or migration

A sense that your healing is linked to something much older

A readiness to step into more than personal transformation

This is for you if you:

Are you in the season of reclamation,
yearning to reconnect, and honor your lineages!

You are longing for connection to your ancestors (know or unknown) but unsure where to begin.

you carry grief, silence, or fragmentation around your lineages.

You sense that healing your ancestry is a key to unlocking more of your own wholeness.

You want to explore ritual and embodied practices that root you in your cultural memory.

You’re walking a diasporic path and yearning to reclaim what’s been misremembered, lost or hidden.

Empowering your whole lineage and reclaiming your ancestral relationships, requires immense courage!

Six Embodied Activations

  • Ritual

Rooting in ceremonial practice as a portal for transformation. Opening up the terrain that we will move through and grounding in this journey turning to ritual.

  • Embodied

This groundwork opens you up to drop into your body, connect to your (inner) resources, grounding yourself within the space.

  • Relational

This is not solo work, ancestral reconnection is in reciprocity with your people, ancestors, the earth, more than human and yourself.

  • Multidimensional

Healing happens across realms in body, spirit, lineage, and land. Ripples vibrate through space and time.

  • Decolonial

A continuous journey that in this ritual work enables us to tend to our lineages so that cultural trauma’s and degenerative beliefs, programs and patterns can be healed.

With support of our ancient, pre-colonial, wise ancestors can you repattern a more life sustaining way forward.

And in turn supports collective repair as their wellness reweaves into the larger collective body and the earth.

Foundations

At the heart of our offering lies a profound devotion to embodiment, decoloniality and emergence. We invite you to drop into your body, to listen deeply to your senses as we move together on this transformative journey.

Activations may take the form of poetry, song, sound, or inquiry – all received not only by our minds but by our bodies. We slow down to listen to the language of our bodies, to unravel the ways in which colonial-capitalist-patriarchal holdings are present. With courage, we disrupt these patterns and invite more liberatory ways into our spirit, body, heart, and mind. Reclaiming what is inherently your energetic codex and our collective bleuprint. Decoloniality is not just a destination but a continuous process of remembering our energetic sovereignty.

Emergence calls us to be present, both personally and collectively, creating space to lean into uncertainty. It Invites us to lean into the unknown of what will emerge from the cracks and edges of the landscape we traverse. This involves allowing the messy, the dirt, the compost. Welcoming what is ready to unfold. Together, we create a rich terrain in which to reclaim our roots, nourished by the nutrients of embodiment, emergence, and decoloniality.

Join us on this journey of deep inquiry, transformation, and co-liberation.

FAQs

  • Embodiment refers to the language of the body. This means that we invite the whole body to engage. We listen to what the body shows and not solely have a cognitive exercise. We shift our focus and attention from our brains and move it into our bodies.

Within your body, there is a fuller truth, wisdom, and intuition waiting to guide you in this journey of reclamation.

Embodiment is a fundamental right to yourself - your body and your energetic sovereignty - in a world that oppresses, disconnects it is a liberatory practice to resensistize ourself into our bodies.

Each session is a guided exploration of a themed offering through inquiry, song, poetry, creative expression, embodiment practices and/or breathwork.
